The first domestically produced ILC-BOPP line to achieve mass production

Firsta Group is pleased to announce the successful start-up of China’s first commercial-scale   ILC-BOPP  (In-Line Coating Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) production line, marking an important step forward for the country’s film manufacturing industry.

The new  ILC-BOPP  production line integrates coating and biaxial orientation into a single, continuous process. Compared with conventional off-line coating methods, this in-line technology delivers more consistent coating quality, improved surface performance, and enhanced overall product stability.
